About FundMonkey

FundMonkey (the "service" or "site") is a free public information tool that aggregates and presents data about UK retail investment funds. It is operated independently and is not affiliated with any fund provider, broker, or regulated financial services firm.

Permitted use

You may use FundMonkey for your personal, non-commercial purposes to research, compare, and learn about investment funds. You may share links to specific pages.

Prohibited use

You may not:

• Use automated systems (scrapers, bots, crawlers) to extract, copy, or republish substantial portions of the data we present, except for well-behaved search engine indexing
• Make excessive automated requests that materially impact site performance for other users
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute data obtained from FundMonkey
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or proprietary logic from the site beyond what is necessarily exposed by ordinary browser use
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation, securities fraud, or money laundering
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, server, or related infrastructure

Intellectual property

The FundMonkey name, branding, page layouts, code, original written content, calculations, visualisations, and the specific organisation and presentation of data on the site are the intellectual property of the FundMonkey operator. You may not copy, modify, or republish these materials without prior written permission.

Fund-related data (performance figures, holdings, sector classifications, fund identifiers, etc.) is sourced from third parties and remains the intellectual property of those data providers and the underlying fund issuers. FundMonkey claims no ownership of that underlying data.

Trade marks of fund providers, indices, and other third parties referenced on FundMonkey remain the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement.

No warranty

FundMonkey is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• That the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• That data presented is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose
• That calculations or aggregations are free from defects
• That information matches official regulatory filings or real-time market conditions

Before making any investment decision, you should verify any information of interest with the relevant fund provider, the FCA register, or another reliable primary source.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the FundMonkey operator accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the service
• Reliance on any information presented on the site
• Investment decisions made on the basis of information presented on the site
• Errors, omissions, interruptions, or inaccuracies in data
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your use of the service

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Severability
